Dr. Maria Pecsek

Dr. Mária Pécsek, head surgeon, deals with the adjoining territories of surgery as well as the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. She qualified in 1971 at the Szeged University of Sciences as a general practitioner, then, in 1977 - as a specialist in surgery. She extended her professional experience in the course of three study-trips, involving foreign medical knowledge of the USA, Austria and Germany into her erudition. Being a head surgeon in possession of a colossal knowledge and experience, she is still a humble doctor performing actual surgical interventions in our institute, at the surgical department of the Kalocsa Hospital and at the Dr. Marron Private Clinic in Szeged.
